As a design lead, my primary focus is to ensure the alignment of product management and design with the organization’s purpose and strategy. I collaborate closely with peer business functions, including product management, engineering, sales, and marketing, to foster ongoing cooperation. In this role, I lead research, establish a design vision, identify success metrics, and collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to define the product roadmap for Agile development.
As a coach, I guide the design team and provide clear direction, actionable feedback to improve, and opportunities to grow while having fun!
