As a design lead, my focus is to ensure that product management and design are closely aligned with the organization’s purpose and strategy. I work closely with peer business functions such as product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure collaboration on an ongoing basis. I lead research, prioritize functional requirements, create design vision, identify success matrix and collaborate with product management and engineering team to define the product roadmap for Agile development.
As a coach, I guide the design team and provide clear direction, actionable feedback to improve, and opportunities to grow while having fun!
